Job title: Area Sales Manager – Baltics – Ortho
About the Role Area Sales Manager – Baltics (Ortho) is a field-based role charged with growing a high-potential orthopaedic territory across the Baltic region. You’ll work closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons to influence clinical adoption, become a trusted partner in the operating theatre, and drive utilisation of a market-leading hip and knee reconstruction portfolio by developing key hospital accounts and supporting complex procedures.
What You'll Do
- Building long term partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams across the Baltics
- Driving sales of hip and knee reconstruction solutions within existing and new accounts
- Providing hands on operating room support during procedures
- Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and account penetration
- Delivering product education and training to clinical stakeholders
- Managing territory strategy, forecasting and business planning
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling hip and knee implants
- Strong understanding of orthopaedic reconstruction procedures
- Recent experience within the orthopaedics market
- Proven ability to influence clinical and purchasing stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving territory growth
- Comfortable travelling extensively across the Baltic region
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
