What you’ll do
- Follow up on claims rejections and denials
- Identify billing issues
- Communicate with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims
- Work daily correspondence work files
- Process and follow up on appeals
- Resolve correspondence issues
What you’ll bring to Zotec:

AR follow-up experience

Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data

Strong willingness to learn new technologies, concepts, and ways to work cross functionally

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Skilled in identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions

Capable of prioritizing workflow and working within deadlines in a high-volume environment

Must be detail oriented, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects

High school diploma or equivalent
