About the Role The job at KSB combines a strong technical component with good interpersonal skills. The Application Engineer will be responsible for the selection and technical sizing of products, structuring offers and quotations, inside sales with customers, and verifying the technical and contractual specifications of orders. What You'll Do
- Select and technically size products to meet customer needs and specifications.
- Structure offers and prepare quotations, including pricing and terms.
- Conduct inside sales conversations and negotiate with customers.
- Verify technical and contractual specifications of orders to ensure compliance. What We're Looking For
- Strong technical background related to pumps and valves or related products and comfort with technical documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with customers.
- Experience in creating offers/quotations and negotiating terms with clients.
- Attention to detail in reviewing technical and contractual specifications.
