Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and efficient Disbursements Analyst for our team. This role is critical for managing high-volume complex account reconciliations during a peak period. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel capabilities, a strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Complex Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of PCard accounts and the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manipulate large datasets and track outstanding liabilities.
- Deadline Management: Meet strict weekly and monthly reconciliation deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently to support month-end close activities.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an Disbursements Analyst or similar financial role, preferably within a high-volume environment.

Advanced Excel: Must be highly proficient in VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables; experience with Power BI or advanced data modeling is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of ERP systems. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) is highly preferred.
