El Analista de Inventarios es responsable de mantener registros de inventario precisos y asegurar la disponibilidad de producto para cumplir oportunamente con los requerimientos del Centro de Distribución. Esta posición realiza actividades de conciliación de inventarios, conteos cíclicos, análisis de variaciones, movimientos de materiales y ajustes de inventario, asegurando la correcta alineación entre el inventario físico y registrado en sistema.

Acerca de tu rol

Como Analista de Inventarios, serás responsable de monitorear, analizar y mantener la precisión del inventario, apoyando el flujo adecuado de materiales y los requerimientos de la operación.

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Verificar y conciliar el inventario de producto para asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de los requerimientos del Centro de Distribución.
  • Mantener registros de inventario precisos y actualizados de acuerdo con las ubicaciones establecidas.
  • Analizar variaciones de inventario e identificar discrepancias entre el inventario físico y el registrado en sistema.
  • Capturar y mantener actualizados los resultados de los conteos cíclicos físicos.
  • Revisar y corregir discrepancias derivadas de conteos cíclicos electrónicos.
  • Realizar y procesar conteos cíclicos electrónicos.
  • Generar la documentación relacionada con las actividades de conteo cíclico.
  • Ejecutar movimientos electrónicos de materiales y salidas de mercancía.
  • Solicitar materiales de acuerdo con los requerimientos de las listas de surtimiento.
  • Gestionar la reposición de materiales derivados de scrap o faltantes.
  • Registrar transacciones de producción y scrap.
  • Identificar y comunicar oportunamente discrepancias de inventario.
  • Procesar créditos a clientes relacionados con devoluciones de mercancía.
  • Contribuir a mantener la precisión del inventario y la disponibilidad de materiales mediante análisis y transacciones oportunas en sistema.

Acerca de ti

Para tener éxito en esta posición, deberás contar con:

  • Escolaridad mínima de preparatoria o carrera técnica.
  • Estudios universitarios en Administración o áreas relacionadas, preferentemente.
  • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Experiencia en control y conciliación de inventarios, conteos cíclicos o actividades relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle para identificar y analizar variaciones de inventario.
  • Habilidad para mantener información precisa e identificar discrepancias.
  • Experiencia trabajando con movimientos de materiales, registros de inventario y documentación operativa.
  • Buenas habilidades de organización y seguimiento.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno operativo y coordinar requerimientos de inventario con diferentes áreas.
