Analista de Compras
What will you be doing here?
Gestionar de manera integral el proceso de compras y licitaciones para categorías indirectas (Retail, Facilities, Recursos Humanos), desde la recepción del brief o requerimiento inicial hasta el cierre, ejecución y seguimiento. El candidato asegurará la optimización de costos, la calidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de los tiempos, manteniendo siempre el alineamiento con los valores éticos y de sostenibilidad de Natura.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Funciones principales:
- Gestión End-to-End de Licitaciones (Sourcing): Liderar los procesos de cotización y licitación (RFI, RFQ, RFP) para los requerimientos de las áreas de Retail (adecuaciones construccion arrendamientos etc), RRHH y Facilities.
- Análisis de Requerimientos: Recibir, analizar y afinar los briefs junto con los clientes internos para asegurar la claridad técnica y comercial de lo que se va a comprar.
- Negociación y Cierre: Negociar tarifas, tiempos de entrega Plazo de pago y condiciones comerciales con proveedores, asegurando el mejor costo total de propiedad (TCO) y mitigando riesgos.
- Gestión Operativa: Creación, seguimiento y gestión de Órdenes de Compra (OC) en el sistema ERP, garantizando que el flujo administrativo fluya sin cuellos de botella.
- Seguimiento y Ejecución: Monitorear el cumplimiento de los contratos y servicios adjudicados, sirviendo de puente entre el proveedor y el cliente interno.
- Análisis de Datos y Reportes: Construir, actualizar y analizar indicadores de gestión (KPIs) del área de compras (ej. Saving, Lead Time, nivel de servicio de proveedores) para proponer mejoras continuas.
- Desarrollo de Proveedores: Identificar y homologar nuevos aliados estratégicos que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y sostenibilidad (ESG) exigidos por Natura.
Perfil:
- Formación Académica: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Compras/Procurement, gestionando categorías indirectas (servicios de facilities mantenimiento construcción en Retail , servicios de recursos humanos, mantenimiento, etc.).
- Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Manejo de sistemas ERP (ej. SAP, SAP Ariba, Oracle).
- Dominio de Google Sheets Excel (nivel intermedio-avanzado) para análisis de datos y construcción de indicadores.
- Metodologías de Strategic Sourcing .
- Manejo de IA
