Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Air Battle Manager Instructor to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires delivering E-3 Air Battle Manager instruction, evaluating student performance, and maintaining current operational and instructional proficiency. Core Duties:

• Provide academic, training-device, and mission-system instruction for assigned Air Battle Manager duties

• Prepare and deliver lessons, demonstrations, practical exercises, and evaluations using approved courseware

• Assess student knowledge and performance, document results, and provide timely feedback and remediation

• Maintain qualification and instructional proficiency in assigned E-3 specialties and training events

• Support the development, validation, and revision of courseware, scenarios, examinations, and instructional materials

• Comply with Government certification, currency, security, safety, and training-record requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years' experience as a qualified 13B (AWO, ECO, ASO, SD, or MCC, ABM qualified) or previously cross-trained contract instructor within the previous two years

• At least three (3) years' experience as a qualified instructor in a Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3) or Battle Control System-type system (e.g., 40/45, Tyndall BC3, CRC, Sectors)

• At least two (2) years of E-3 experience

• Completed a formal instructor methodology Criterion-Referenced Instruction/Principles of Instruction (CRI/POI) course, or complete one within one year after hire

• Practical experience with Courseware Development (CWD)

• Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access

• Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant alien who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements

• Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence

• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
