Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Position Summary

The HR Operations Delivery (HROD) Advisor, Benefits provides benefits expertise, stakeholder support, and operational consultation across the Firm's Benefits programs. The role is responsible for managing complex benefits inquiries, supporting employee and stakeholder consultations, validating benefits-related outcomes, and ensuring effective administration and delivery of Benefits programs.

  • Advisor supports operational excellence through benefits analysis, issue resolution, data validation, operational reporting, and process improvement activities.

  • In addition to providing benefits expertise and stakeholder support, the role assists with benefits systems-related investigations, carrier reconciliation, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support accurate and effective execution of Benefits programs.

  • Provide benefits guidance and consultation to colleagues.

  • Interpret and apply Benefits policies, procedures, and eligibility rules.

  • Manage complex benefits cases and support issue resolution activities.

  • COE and vendors to support employee and operational inquiries.

  • Benefits Data & Operational Support

  • Support monitoring of Benefits data quality and accuracy.

  • Perform data validation activities and assist with Benefits reconciliations.

  • Investigate and escalate Benefits data discrepancies as appropriate.

  • Analyze carrier and vendor error reports and support issue resolution activities.

  • Assist with enrollment, eligibility, and coverage investigations.

  • Support operational reporting and data analysis requests.

  • Systems & Analysis Support

  • Support investigation of Benefits-related system issues and inquiries.

  • Assist with root-cause analysis of operational, data, and eligibility concerns.

  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, and vendors to resolve Benefits-related issues.

  • Validate system outputs, reporting, and data interfaces impacting Benefits administration.

  • Transformation Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in Benefits-related projects, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives.

  • Support discovery, testing, validation, implementation readiness, and post-implementation activities.

  • Help ensure continuity of business-as-usual operations while supporting project and change initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve Benefits processes, controls, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

  • Support the implementation of process improvements, governance controls, and operational best practices.

  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge management, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts through operational insights, trend analysis, and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree required

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Payroll Administration, HR Shared Services, Reporting, or related field

  • Experience supporting Benefits administration activities is preferred

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms is required; exposure to ServiceNow is highly preferred

  • Experience working with global stakeholders is an advantage

  • Essential Job Requirements

  • Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data validation, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of large data sets. Experience developing Excel Macros, VBA-based solutions, or automated reporting tools is considered a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, organize, validate, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality focus.

  • Experience supporting operational reporting, data reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings, operational impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, vendors, and other business partners.

  • Team player with a collaborative, approachable, and service-oriented mindset who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, accountability, and sound judgment when managing operational issues, investigations, and assigned responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
