About the Role Gannon University’s Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences is seeking qualified adjuncts to teach in traditional areas of speech-language pathology for the Graduate Speech-Language Pathology Program at Ruskin, Florida. Candidates with expertise in the following advanced topics are encouraged to apply: Clinical Methods, Motor Speech Disorders, Swallowing Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Hearing Disorders and Aural Rehabilitation. Successful candidates must have a master’s degree; preferably a higher degree such as PhD, Ed.D., AuD, or SLPD, demonstrate excellence in teaching, have some experience using technology in teaching, and must be able to support and promote the University’s Mission.
What You'll Do Teach courses in traditional areas of speech-language pathology for the Graduate Speech-Language Pathology Program at Ruskin, Florida. Incorporate technology to enhance teaching and learning. Contribute to program quality and student success and uphold the University’s mission.
What We're Looking For A Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology (minimum). Teaching or professional experience in relevant areas. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and ability to use technology in teaching. Ability to support and promote the University’s Mission. Willingness to teach in Ruskin, Florida and work as an adjunct, part-time, temporary role.
Nice to Have Expertise in Clinical Methods, Motor Speech Disorders, Swallowing Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Hearing Disorders and Aural Rehabilitation.
