Position Overview
-
The Department of Management & Marketing at Rider University seeks adjunct instructors of management/human resources management/business communication for the Spring 2027 semester beginning January 25, 2027. This position is to teach Strategic Management, Business Communications, Career Planning, Leadership, and/or Workplace Diversity.

Salary is $4,215.98 for a 3-credit course. Please note that a full course is considered to have 9 students enrolled in the course. If a section is not full, 8 or fewer enrollees, the salary is prorated based on the number of students enrolled in the course.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

MBA or PhD in Management, Business, or a related field.

Demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching excellence and student engagement.

Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology-enhanced learning.

Relevant professional experience in business and industry.

Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
