Job Summary

A & A Global Leasing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Officer to manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and experience working with leasing or finance-related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all accounts receivable transactions
• Generate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Prepare receivable ageing reports and financial summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication and follow-up abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
