Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:

Assists in proactively maintaining the financial record by carrying out daily accounting tasks.

• Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, account clearing, & invoice creation to ensure timely reconciliation.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts, including balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, & intercompany accounts.
• Accurately analyzes financial data & compiles into clear reports to support projects.
• Proactively develops reconciliation campaigns through data analysis & problem solving.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure process posterity & efficiency through the documentation of accounting practices.
• Collaborate with other finance departments to answer questions & assist with joint goals.
• Presence required on-site 5 days per week
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree (in Accounting/ Finance is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year progressive working experience in Finance or Accounting
• Solid knowledge of accounting/finance principles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Data analytics experience/knowledge
• Working knowledge of Power BI

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
• Must be able to commute to the designated office location
• Presence required on-site 5 days per week
