Account Manager, Mid-Market, Australia & New Zealand Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
- Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving clients' objectives that are aligned with company priorities
- Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
- Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet advertiser requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with operational rigour
- Lead account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
- Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
- Excel in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, possess analytical skills, be proficient in navigating complex challenges and ambiguity to offer tailored solutions to clients
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, sales, or consulting
- Effective communications and presentation skills
- Experience cultivating client relationships
- Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely
- Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required as this role will manage clients whose usual business language is English

- Experience across Meta's full suite of advertising solutions
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

- Experience in Australian and/or New Zealand markets
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience in building brands and running digital marketing campaigns
