Join Ollie’s Bargain Outlet as a Zone Team Leader in Wooster, OH. This onsite, full-time role focuses on executing merchandising displays, supervising store associates, and stocking merchandise to deliver a great customer experience while living the Ollie's core values. What You'll Do
- Oversee merchandising displays and in-store presentation to meet company standards.
- Supervise and develop store associates, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory to minimize out-of-stocks and maximize availability. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years supervisory retail experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
