Zone Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role Zone Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to drive sales performance across a designated region, working hands-on to turn strategy into action on the ground. You will balance people leadership, commercial delivery and operational excellence while coaching your network and using data to guide decisions. This role covers multiple zones and is fixed-term through March 2027. What You'll Do

• Execute campaigns and field strategies to deliver sales and growth targets.
• Manage performance through regular 1:1 meetings, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Build and implement action plans to improve results and mitigate risks.
• Drive recruitment, activation, and development of Sales Leaders and Representatives.
• Lead field engagement through campaign launches, meetings, and training activities.
• Support talent development through coaching, training, and recognition initiatives.
• Use digital tools and reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Manage operational processes including reporting, forecasting, and administrative tasks.
• Act as the link between Sales Leaders and the wider business to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Promote Avon’s brand, values, and products across your network. What We're Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in sales, ideally within FMCG, retail, direct selling, or distribution.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
• Experience managing and developing teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a geographically spread network and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and inspire others while working collaboratively across teams.
