Job title: Zonal Claims Executive
About the Role
The Zonal Claims Executive is the key enabler to promoting AIG Claims as a competitive differentiator by providing local resolution of complex claims issues and offering clients and brokers access to claims senior management. This role also leads the zonal team of claims client account management staff and represents the voice of claims in zone strategy.
What You'll Do
- Provide local resolution of complex claims issues across all lines of business escalated to zone management.
- Manage the zonal team of Claims Account Managers and Client Service Managers.
- Enhance relationships with brokers and clients through the execution of Claims Advisory Boards.
- Participate in the Zone Executive Committee and represent the voice of claims in zone strategy discussions and directives.
- Lead and develop the zonal claims organization to deliver responsive, fair, and professional service.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of commercial claims, insurance litigation, and ability to address complex technical problems.
- Proven track record of technical claims skills.
- Strong, rational decision-making capability and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Juris Doctor (JD) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $125,000 - $166,000 per year.
- Eligible for a bonus per the applicable incentive plan.
