About the Role Leader Bank Pavilion is seeking a team of Zero Waste Captains to advance our sustainability programs and help us become a zero waste venue. This role focuses on sorting trash during and after shows into the correct categories for waste removal and will be part of the venue operations team, in partnership with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager.
What You'll Do
- Pick up and sort trash on show days and events into the appropriate waste streams.
- Work with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team to drive zero-waste initiatives.
- Support after-show cleanup and sorting; be available for shows and events with a typical window around 6pm–1:30am (times may vary).
- Help ensure proper waste removal and adherence to sustainability goals.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $24/hour.
