About the Role The Youth Employment Service (YES) Learners program at Eskom offers a 12-month internship for unemployed South Africans, aimed at providing a first work experience in the energy sector. Learners will be placed in Eskom Operations across all South African Provinces, based at Eskom Megawatt Park – Sunninghill. What You'll Do
- Participate in a 12-month YES internship program across Eskom Operations nationwide.
- Support Eskom Human Capital Management activities during the contract period.
- Learn Eskom policies and procedures while developing professional and workplace skills. What We're Looking For
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 34
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Should not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment
- Should not have participated or registered on the YES initiative before
- Willingness to gain valuable work experience in the energy industry Compensation & Benefits
