About the Role The Yield Manager helps optimize Paramount's revenue by analyzing inventory, packaging, and pricing within the Yield Management group. The Yield Team reports to the Head of Programmatic and Yield and focuses on how inventory is measured, packaged, and priced; its insights help shape sales proposals and monitor inventory consumption, contributing to overall revenue growth. What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing yield through data-driven inventory measurement, packaging, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to shape individual proposals and track how those proposals consume inventory.
- Provide cross-functional analyses and insights to support decision-making across Paramount.
- Manage projects within the Yield group and partner with stakeholders across brands and units. What We're Looking For
- Interest in programmatic yield management and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and finance teams.
- Comfort solving complex inventory puzzles and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
