About this programme
- The Y'ello Mums Reintegration Programme is a one-year initiative designed to support career-oriented mothers as they transition back into the workforce, following a career break due to childbirth or caring for a sick child or children.
- The programme provides participants with a structured and supportive pathway to rebuild professional experience, strengthen their capabilities and successfully reintegrate into the workplace.
Who we are looking for
- To be eligible for the programme, applicants must have between 5 and 10 years of relevant professional work experience acquired before commencing their career break.
- In addition, applicants must hold a relevant professional certification or provide verifiable evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) e.g. recent training, professional courses, industry-related learning programmes, or other recognised development activities relevant to their profession or area of expertise.
