About the Role Valtech is seeking an Xstore Business Analyst who is passionate about experience innovation and bridging business stakeholders with the Xstore development team. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Xstore and its ecosystem (Xadmin, Xcenter, Xservices, Xenvironment, Xmobile, Tablet, etc.), driving localization, enhancements, and new POS initiatives. What You'll Do
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Xstore POS solutions and its ecosystem, bridging communication between business stakeholders and the Xstore development team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Drive Xstore localization to meet market-specific and legal compliance needs.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development for new business requirements and innovations.
- Manage customization, enhancements, and development activities in the Xstore product suite.
- Support the full SDLC including design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Analyze data to identify system limitations, resolve business problems, and optimize solutions.
- Participate in production support activities to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Align with business priorities to identify opportunities that drive business growth and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3–4 years in a Business Analyst role.
- Proven experience working with Oracle Xstore POS and its ecosystem (Xadmin, Xcenter, Xservices, Xenvironment, Xmobile, Tablet, etc.).
- Strong Oracle Xstore expertise and experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant bridging business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies; consulting experience is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive solutions.
