Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Writer to join our dynamic team at Resonance Guide.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing compelling content for our clients, primarily focusing on LinkedIn posts and long-form articles. You will collaborate closely with our lead, Sunny, to learn the intricacies of client interviews, voice capture, and content shaping.

This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills in ghostwriting, client communication, and content strategy, with the potential to lead client projects independently over time. You will also contribute to documenting our processes and refining client profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to understand their voice, insights, and ideas.
• Write LinkedIn posts that are specific, personal, and authentic to each client's voice.
• Draft LinkedIn articles and thought leadership pieces from provided outlines and source material.
• Ensure complex topics are explained clearly and accurately.
• Learn and apply each client's unique voice profile, sensitivities, and preferred phrases.
• Research, edit, and fact-check legal concepts, cases, statistics, and firm names.
• Edit first drafts to ensure they are client-ready.
• Assist in documenting processes, including calls, Loom recordings, and feedback, using AI tools.
• Represent the company with clarity, warmth, and professionalism in client communications.
• Prepare thoughtful questions for client interviews.
• Ask follow-up questions to uncover specific stories and insights.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients throughout the content creation and review process.
• Draft and refine LinkedIn headlines, About sections, and Experience descriptions.
• Develop banner messaging and Featured section recommendations for client profiles.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing, preferably in a ghostwriting or content creation capacity.

• Strong interviewing and active listening skills.

• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities.

• Ability to capture and replicate different writing voices.

• Familiarity with fact-checking and research methodologies.

• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable using digital tools and potentially AI-assisted writing software.
