About this role
Writer Intern (Hybrid) at EBA (Eni Brand Architect Limited)
About the Role
- We're looking for a curious, sharp-eyed Writer Intern to join EBA's content and communications team. At EBA, writing isn't decoration — it's how brands build authority, hold attention, and turn a good story into a lasting reputation.
- This role is a chance to learn brand storytelling, press writing, and content strategy from the inside, across a roster of real clients spanning entertainment, sports, media, and the arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit content across formats — LinkedIn posts, press releases, articles, captions, and brand copy — for EBA and its clients.
- Support thought leadership and content strategy work by researching, outlining, and writing first drafts.
- Adapt tone and voice across different brands, from corporate and polished to warm and personality-driven.
- Assist with content calendars, briefs, and campaign documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the PR, strategy, and account teams to keep writing aligned with broader campaign goals.
- Take feedback and revise quickly as projects move through drafts.
Requirements
-
Strong command of written English — grammar, structure, and rhythm come naturally to you.
-
A portfolio or writing samples that show range (even if unpublished — blogs, essays, fiction, or class work all count).
-
Genuine interest in branding, PR, and storytelling — you want to understand why something is being written, not just produce copy.
-
Comfortable receiving edits and iterating without taking it personally.
-
Organized enough to juggle a few briefs at once and hit deadlines.
-
Currently studying or recently graduated; no prior professional writing experience required.
-
What You'll Gain
-
Real byline and ghostwriting experience across press releases, LinkedIn thought leadership, and brand storytelling.
-
Mentorship from EBA's communications team on voice, structure, and editorial judgment.
-
A front-row seat to how writing fits into PR, campaigns, and brand positioning — not just content for its own sake.
-
A portfolio of real, published client work by the end of the internship.
