The Wound Care Coordinator will coordinate and oversee wound care services, support treatment planning, and provide education to patients, families, and clinical staff

Wound Care Coordinator Qualifications:

Current RN, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist license as required by facility type

Minimum of one year of wound care experience required
