Wound Documentation Specialist

About the Role Join Solventum as a Wound Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will collect wound assessments, review clinical information for patients on V.A.C. Therapy, and manage relationships with clinical providers to ensure continuity of care. This position blends clinical data with payer requirements to support Solventum's mission to improve patient lives. What You'll Do

• Collect wound assessments based on payer requirements.
• Review clinical information and assess wound progression for patients on V.A.C. Therapy.
• Develop and manage customer relationships, creating loyalty with Clinical Providers.
• Collaborate with other Solventum team members to provide continuity of care, resolving higher level account management issues, and communicating physician call support.
• Effectively using business and clinical data in accordance with Solventum policies. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience with interpretation of medical records, OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience with interpretation of medical records.
• English Proficiency C1.
• Five (5) years of experience with interpretation of medical records in a private, public, government or military environment (additional qualification that could help).
• Analytical thinking; Prioritization; Clear communicator, persuasion and negotiation skills; Health Care background and medical knowledge; Outbound/Inbound calls handling and customer service experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
• Work location: Hybrid eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Costa Rica Office at least 5 days per month).
• Travel: Up to 10% domestic/international.
