About the Role The Worship Pastor provides spiritual, pastoral, and strategic leadership for the Worship Ministry at Pinelake’s Madison campus. This leader cultivates a healthy worship culture by making disciples, developing staff and servant leaders, and equipping teams to lead others toward Jesus through Christ-centered worship. What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and oversight for all worship and production ministries and environments at the Madison Campus.
- Recruit, equip, schedule, and develop staff and servant leaders.
- Embody a Jesus-Centered Life and build a culture of discipleship in the Worship Ministry.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Worship Associate, Next Gen Worship Associate, and Production Director.
- Partner with the Lead Pastor of Worship and the Pinelake Worship One Church Team to implement worship strategy, programming, and resources.
- Contribute to the planning of weekend worship services and special events as led by One Church Team.
- Build healthy ministry systems for planning, communication, scheduling, execution, and evaluation.
- Establish ministry goals, evaluate effectiveness, and lead continuous improvement.
- Steward ministry budgets, gear and resources with wisdom and accountability.
- Work collaboratively with campus and One Church ministry leaders to support the overall mission of the church.
- Complete administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; four to six years of relevant worship leadership and staff leadership experience.
- Proficiency in leading worship from a primary instrument.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
- Strong Windows and MacOS competency; ability to navigate word processing, spreadsheets, and internet research.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
