About the Role The Workshop Operations Coordinator will oversee the efficient and profitable operation of CFAO Mobility's workshop in Mauritius, ensuring high-quality service for customers and effective collaboration with technicians, parts and management.
What You'll Do
- Handle difficult or unresolved cases and prevent their recurrence.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to determine the causes of incidents and take corrective actions.
- Advise and supervise technicians when dealing with technical issues.
- Ensure all work is completed within promised timeframes, with properly detailed work orders.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company warranty procedures and retain replaced parts until coverage.
- Be attentive to customer needs, handle requests and complaints efficiently, and conduct test drives if necessary.
- Liaise with the Spare Parts department and service providers, ensuring compliance with requisitions and invoices.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, recommend necessary purchases, and ensure PPE usage for subordinates and technicians.
- Ensure order, safety and cleanliness of vehicles and the yard.
- Participate in training and identify training needs for technical staff.
- Perform any other related tasks requested by management.

- Valid driving license (Heavy motor vehicle license is an advantage).

- Heavy motor vehicle driving license is an advantage.
