You will resolve incidents and service requests, perform IMACD activities, support hardware break-fix, asset management, and deliver excellent customer service, including VIP support when required.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheralsPerform device deployments, imaging, installations, moves, and decommissionsManage assets, inventory, and ServiceNow updatesSupport meeting rooms and collaboration technologiesCoordinate repairs with OEM and third-party vendorsMaintain SLA compliance and accurate ticket documentation Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
