You will oversee facilities issues, manage vendor relationships, and streamline internal resources that allow our employees and customers to thrive. You are a process-oriented leader who excels at managing budgets, logistics, and property management communications to maintain a world-class workspace. What You'll Do
- Resolve vendor repair and maintenance facilities issues.
- Communicate directly with Property Managers and Landlords to facilitate necessary landlord-responsibility property repairs, as needed.
- Manage various utility accounts and conduct quarterly reporting.
