As a Workplace Coordinator you contribute to ensuring that our business runs efficiently, cost-consciously, and in line with the organization’s goals – with a particular focus on sustainability. You will be a key person in creating a work environment where both well-being and quality are at the center.

Arbetsuppgifter:

• Create memorable experiences by planning and delivering internal events and activities that engage and inspire our employees.
• Communicate and coordinate smoothly with suppliers, colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
• Manage bookings, transport, technology and catering with a high attention to detail.
• Be present during events and ensure everything flows according to plan, so participants have a first-class experience.
• Collect feedback and analyze results to continuously develop and improve activities.
• Drive and follow up on sustainable and cost-effective improvements in a structured way, with a focus on quality, economy and environmental awareness.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Stockholm and Lund to ensure the highest quality in our processes and service deliveries.
• Actively contribute to a safe and comfortable working environment by following guidelines, policies and our strategic direction, and by reporting risks and working preventively.
• Be a key part of our dedicated service team within Office Support.
• Perform lifting of furniture, equipment and materials as needed, for example during events, and practical tasks in our office environment.
• Function as backup and support during absence or high workload in other Workplace service areas.

As part of the job you will collaborate with Facility Management, management, internal and external customers, suppliers, employees, consultants and contractors to create unified and quality-assured service deliveries.

Vem du är

• You have experience in customer service or business support.
• You are proficient with IT tools such as MS Office 365, booking systems, event technology, etc.
• It is a plus if you have studied Facility Management.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and independent.
• Ability to keep track of many details and plan carefully.
• You thrive in a high tempo and stay calm even in unexpected situations.
• Ability to combine practical work, customer service and administrative tasks.
• You have good practices in safety and ergonomics.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have a valid B driver's license
