Are you a resourceful detail oriented who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys creating exceptional workplace experiences? Our client is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to be the face of the office, supporting employees, visitors, and senior leaders while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly

  • Oversee daily office activities to maintain a clean, functional, and inviting workplace for employees and guests.

  • Coordinate meeting spaces, including room reservations, setup, and readiness for internal meetings and special gatherings.

  • Arrange office lunches, team events, and workplace activities while ensuring logistics are handled efficiently.

  • Provide front-of-house support by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and responding to general workplace needs.

  • Assist leaders with scheduling needs, meeting coordination, and limited calendar support as needed.

  • Monitor kitchen and office supply inventory, restock essential items, and work with vendors to maintain consistent service.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Prepare conference rooms and shared spaces to support meetings, presentations, and office events.

  • Prior experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving office setting.

  • Detail-oriented communication skills and confidence interacting with employees, visitors, and senior leadership.

  • Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and take initiative to address workplace needs proactively.

  • Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.

  • Dependable, service-oriented approach with a high standard for consistent follow-through.

  • Experience supporting scheduling, conference booking, mail handling, event coordination, or supply management is highly valued.
