WHAT THIS ROLE IS

This is a strategy-consulting role focused on the full lifecycle of workplace transformation. You will act as the architect of the client’s workplace experience, leading projects from initial diagnostic to final strategy implementation.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Framework Design: Developing customized workplace concepts that align physical space with client business goals and management objectives.

  • Evidence-Based Discovery: Conducting quantitative and qualitative research—including space utilization studies, employee surveys, and work-style assessments—to identify drivers of change.

  • Stakeholder Advisory: Facilitating workshops, interviews, and working groups to translate user needs into actionable space programs.

  • Change Management Strategy: Designing communication and transition frameworks that support employees through the shift to new hybrid or human-centric office models.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partnering with interior design and project management teams to ensure the strategy is successfully embedded in the space planning and delivery phases.

  • Thought Leadership: Continuously researching emerging workplace trends, environmental psychology, and organizational behaviors to translate insights into innovative, client-specific solutions.

Note: This is a strategy role, not a design execution or project management role. You provide the critical thinking and foundational framework that informs the design process.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a consultant who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and human behavior. You do not just deliver projects; you deliver clarity and value.

Competencies & Mindset:

  • Logical & Structured Thinker: You have a natural ability to decompose complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable frameworks.

  • Proactive Owner: You possess high situational awareness. You anticipate needs before they are articulated, manage your own project timelines, and instinctively prioritize tasks to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

  • Collaborative Agility: You work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams. You respect diverse perspectives and know how to bridge the gap between abstract business strategy and tangible design solutions.

  • Compelling Storyteller: You have the ability to translate complex datasets into persuasive, executive-level narratives that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ Years of credible, related work experience (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, real estate, architecture/design, or organizational development).

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis and ability to synthesize disparate data points into concrete, evidence-based recommendations.

  • Strategic Content & Narrative Design: Strong proficiency in creating client-facing deliverables, and structuring complex information into persuasive, executive-level PowerPoint reports

  • Communication: Fluent in both Korean and English (bilingual).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.

  • Core Aptitude: Intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong client-service oriented work ethic.
