About the Role P&G offers a Working Student role (up to 20 hours per week) to gain practical experience in our Research & Development department. This part-time position lets you balance studies while contributing to real projects in a multinational environment, with guidance from subject-matter experts and opportunities to collaborate with global teams.
What You'll Do
- Support R&D projects hands-on in the laboratory

What We're Looking For
- Enrolled at a German university pursuing Bachelor or Master, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or related fields
- English minimum B2; German language skills are a plus
- Interest in hands-on laboratory work
- Thorough, independent and structured working style
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership ability by approaching and solving challenges
- Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
- Creative, innovative, proactive, with initiative, follow-through, communication and priority-setting
- Able to play a key role and influence across levels and functions
- Must reside in the Rhein-Main area due to in-office requirement
