A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student in our Organizational Workforce Transformation team, you will support us in shaping the future of our procurement organization. Your contributions will support our global transformation projects, focusing on enhancing, enabling and supporting our global function.

How Youll Make an Impact

• Support global transformation projects to accelerate successful adoption of new skills and competencies
• Development of own ideas and active participation e.g., in the organization of workshops or the creation of trainings
• Creation, management and design of internal SharePoint websites to enhance data transparency and provide materials for important presentations
• Engage in digitalization projects aimed at increasing user adoption of both new and existing tools.

What You Bring

• Current studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) with a business administration, information technology, human or social science orientation
• Interest in the topic of cultural change, employee development and transformation, along with an affinity for digital technologies
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across multiple functions, locations in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point)
• Interest in developing digital skills (Power BI, Alteryx, WalkMe)
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); German is a plus.
• Facilitation and moderation skills along with experience in workshop and training design are a plus
