RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
The Working Student will support the Offshore O&M Asset Management team in:
- Support the collection, validation, and reporting of production and metering data for offshore wind assets.
- Support SAP-related activities, including purchase order tracking, invoice follow-up, approval workflows, and payment monitoring.
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting activities, and cost tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, procedures, and internal documentation.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of operational and commercial processes, including invoicing, metering, and revenue reporting.
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple information sources.
- Support special projects related to offshore wind operations, energy markets, business reporting, and process automation.
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Energy Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to work from the Berlin office in accordance with the agreed working schedule.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Python, or automation tools.
- Interest in renewable energy and offshore wind.
- French, Spanish, or German language skills.
