About the Role Join C&A as a Working Student in Product Operations to support the rollout of Product Operations initiatives, translate sessions into clear materials, and help build accessible, structured content that drives our product and digital initiatives across the business. What You'll Do
- Support the rollout of Product Operations initiatives (e.g., planning, idea intake, governance)
- Translate working sessions (e.g., Miro boards) into presentations, documentation, and templates
- Create and maintain structured documentation (e.g., Confluence)
- Turn processes into step-by-step guidance
- Maintain consistency and accessibility of content
- Create presentations explaining Product Operations topics
- Support the coordination of initiatives and meetings
- Take ownership of smaller operational tasks What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student (e.g., business, communication, media, economics)
- Strong communication skills (written and visual)
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with PowerPoint and documentation tools
- Proactive and reliable
- Interest in internal communications
