About the Role Join C&A as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Customer Experience. You will support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of customer feedback programs and help translate data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of customer feedback programs using Qualtrics
- Assist in designing, testing, and deploying surveys across channels
- Monitor response rates, feedback volume, and data quality
- Support the analysis of customer feedback data to identify trends, recurring themes, and potential pain points
- Help structure findings into clear, easy-to-understand summaries, reports, and presentations
- Support the maintenance of automated dashboards
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Interest in customer experience, data analysis, and digital products
- Experience working with Excel is a plus
- Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Hands-on mentality and curiosity to explore data and customer behavior
