About the Role This Working Student role supports SIG's Global Quality Management function. You will engage in revising global instructions, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing improvements, and developing templates for our continuous improvement program in quality, including standard work. The role also involves creating a lesson-learned process with tools, and potentially supporting the implementation of a new MES system, all within a multinational, quality-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Revise global instructions and identify potential improvements
- Implement the identified improvements and monitor outcomes
- Develop templates for our continuous improvement program in quality (e.g., standard work)
- Create a lesson-learned process including tools to support knowledge capture
- Support with the implementation of a new MES system and related quality initiatives
- Collaborate with a multicultural team and contribute to broader quality efforts What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business Administration, Economics or Engineering)
- General interest in the global food and beverage industry
- English language skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with a multicultural team
