Job Description

Start date: as soon as possible

Duration:  12-24 months

Working hours: 20h/week; up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible

  • Support strategic procurement initiatives and business development projects across Global Procurement Food, including FSD-related analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing) as #ONEMETRO
  • Analyse RFQ inputs and manage samples and contracts
  • Organize supplier meetings and ensure smooth communication
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse business performance data and deliver accurate reporting and insights

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in university studying Business Administration, Trade/Procurement, or similar
  • Strong interest in food product development and understanding of HoReCa customer needs (#UnifyingThePowerofFood)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent communication skills for working with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
