What you bring
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Information Technology, Business & Data Science and Analytics
- Computer skills / Programming languages: Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power BI
- Language skills: fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Soft skills: collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Working from St. Leon-Rot office is required
What you´ll build
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor operations and analyze performance across processes
- Automate recurring tasks and processes, including documentation and end-user enablement
- Create user, administrator, and process documentation with AI-assisted tools
- Code and SAP Joule, and produce instructional videos using Synthesia, Camtasia, and Snagit
- Maintain knowledge resources so stakeholders can access current process and operational information
Where you belong Global Cloud Operations (GCO) plays a critical role in enabling SAP on premise customers to successfully transition to the SAP Cloud. Within GCO, Private Cloud Operations (PCO) Process Excellence and Content Services improves operational efficiency and service quality through a standardized, cost-effective, reliable framework focused on continuous improvement.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
