- Contributed to the implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT services and processes
- Supported IT rollouts, migration projects, and broader digital transformation initiatives
- Maintained technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
- Solid general IT and computer skills
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a structured, organized, and reliable manner
- Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to gain practical experience in an IT environment
