A Snapshot of Your Day
Digital technologies, automation, and AI are becoming an increasingly important part of how Procurement operates. In this role, you will help employees understand, adopt, and successfully use these new solutions in their daily work.
As a Working Student Change Management, Communication & Learning, you will support communication, training, and user enablement activities across digital Procurement transformation initiatives. The role is organizationally anchored within Digital Projects and works closely with Organization & Workforce Transformation to help employees confidently adopt new ways of working.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create communication materials, presentations, FAQs and SharePoint pages that support digital transformation initiatives
- Develop training materials, user guides, digital learning resources and in-app guidance solutions (e.g. WalkMe)
- Translate complex processes and project information into simple, engaging and user-friendly formats
- Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to gather, structure and communicate information for different stakeholder groups
- Contribute your own ideas to improve communication, learning experiences and user adoption across transformation projects
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field, with a strong interest in communication, learning, and digital transformation.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder perspectives and translate them into engaging and meaningful content.
- Confident in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and interested in AI-supported content creation tools such as Copilot.
- Structured, proactive, and curious mindset, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with project teams and subject matter experts.
- Initial exposure to Change Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Transformation is an advantage.
- Experience with Jira is a plus.
