What You'll Do
- Coordinate logistics for workforce development programs, boot camps, and immersion experiences across multiple campuses and partner institutions.
- Serve as a primary liaison among Thurgood Marshall College Fund, colleges, sponsors, and program participants to ensure smooth execution and meaningful outcomes.
- Support program development, evaluation, and reporting to track participant outcomes and impact. What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
- Experience coordinating programs, events, or student opportunities, preferably in education or non-profit settings.
