About the Role The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in Workforce Development with a nursing specialization. The role includes delivering both clinical and lecture programming, participating in simulation and skill workshops, ongoing professional development, and collaboration within the Pathway, across the University, and with the community, while contributing to the Catholic and Franciscan Mission.
What You'll Do
- Deliver clinical and lecture content in nursing within the Workforce Development program, including clinical rotations and lectures
- Participate in simulation and skills workshops and pursue continuing professional development
- Collaborate with the Pathway, across the University, and in the community to advance program goals and service
- Support and advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University in teaching and engagement

- Nursing specialization with experience, success, and interest in offering both clinical and lecture programming
- Willingness to participate in simulation and skill workshops and ongoing professional development
- Commitment to collaboration and service within the Pathway, across the University, and in the community
