About the Role Join Queensland Sexual Assault Network Inc. as a remote Workforce and Sector Development Coordinator to strengthen Queensland’s specialist sexual violence workforce. You will coordinate sector development initiatives and work with partners to improve service delivery across Queensland. This flexible, work-from-home role supports critical prevention and response efforts.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate workforce development initiatives and sector engagement across Queensland's specialist sexual violence sector.
- Collaborate with service providers, government and community partners to identify training needs and implement capacity-building activities.
- Contribute to planning and evaluation efforts to strengthen the sector's capacity to prevent and respond to sexual violence.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in workforce development, program coordination or sector engagement, preferably within the specialist sexual violence or related sectors.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Queensland's service landscape and commitment to survivor-centered approaches.
- A collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset.
