I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Experience That May Be a Fit
- Representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
- Handling contested workers' compensation claims and administrative proceedings.
- Preparing for hearings, depositions, and appeals.
- Advising clients on claim strategy, exposure, and settlement.
- Managing active caseloads and communicating with claims professionals.
