About the Role
Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Subject Matter Expert on Workday integrations to lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday integration projects. The role partners with business stakeholders to drive successful deployment and adoption of Workday integrations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations
- Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday Integrations
- Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle
- Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall impact of projects
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders
- Develop plans to move forward the overall Workday strategy
- Understand data flows and system usage between internal systems and Workday, driving alignment with other system owners
- Develop new and modify existing integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including PGP / SSH key management, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc.
- Provide production support for clients on Workday integrations, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issues
- Partner with business clients
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations
- Proficiency with Workday technologies and related tools
- Ability to develop integration specifications, field mappings, and deployment life-cycle documentation
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills; ability to report findings to management and stakeholders
- Experience providing production support for Workday integrations and addressing client inquiries
- Ability to collaborate with business clients to understand requirements and impact
