About the Role This role focuses on participating in Workday HCM activities including strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity within client environments. What You'll Do
- Participate in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) activities involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
- Review Workday integrations and business processes.
- Execute Workday advisory activities, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Advise clients on available Workday system services and best practices within the Workday application.
- Provide technical support for building, configuring, and architecting Workday Integrations.
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Integrations, and ERP optimization, including advisory activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with clients.
