Workday Consultant

About the Role Cielo is seeking a client-focused Workday Consultant to provide strategic system and process advisement while implementing Workday solutions for clients as a trusted implementation partner. The role emphasizes working with clients to understand requirements, optimize the Workday configuration, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant, with a proven track record of supporting or implementing Workday solutions utilizing Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s) (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.).
• Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Technical Skills: Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors with a strong working knowledge of web services and the Workday security framework.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable presentations for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Certifications: Active Workday Certification in one or more HCM or Finance modules is highly preferred.
• Language requirements: English.
• Location: U.S.-based remote role.

• Functional and/or technical experience implementing Paradox, HiredScore, Oracle, SAP, Workato, Jitterbit.
