- Architect the entire Recruiting/Paradox solution to ensure cross-functional cohesion and mitigated impacts across work streams
- Architect end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruiting across Workday Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore, and related upstream/downstream touchpoints
